we're a small team. you'll get a human reply, usually within a day or two.
common questions
i'm not getting my sign-in code. check your spam/promotions folder first — sometimes the first email lands there. if it's still missing after 5 minutes, try requesting again. if that fails too, email us with the address you signed up with.
i want to leave a circle. open the circle on the "circle" tab → tap the gear icon → "leave circle." you'll stop getting that circle's daily prompts immediately. if you're the only admin, you'll be asked to pass admin to another member first.
i want to delete my account. open the "you" tab → "delete my account." this is irreversible — your answers, photos, and circle memberships all go away within 30 days. (we keep an anonymized audit log for safety review purposes per our privacy notice.)
someone in my circle is being a jerk. tap any answer to report it. you can also tap-and-hold a member's name in the circle list to remove or block them. admins can remove anyone; non-admins can only block (which hides that person's answers from you in every shared circle).
my circle's not getting today's prompt. prompts drop at the time the circle set on creation (default 7pm local). if you opened the app before that time, the today-card might show "waiting for today's prompt." try pull-to-refresh on the home screen — if it's still empty 30 minutes past your scheduled drop, email us.
can i make my own prompts? not in v1. we curate every prompt by hand right now to keep the vibe positive and the game fresh. we're considering letting circles add their own prompts in a future release — let us know if that'd matter to you.
can my parents see my answers? only if they're in your circle. there's no parental dashboard. if you're under 18 and your parents have asked for access to your data, email us — we'll work with you and them to comply with their request per our privacy policy.

we triage every report. credible-threat or self-harm reports get same-day attention; lower-priority reports within 72 hours.
